Cancellation Policy Refund of Registration Fees will be made upon receipt of a written notification by fax or e-mail only, as follows: Until 30 December 2009 - refund less 10% From 1 January 2010 to 25 March 2010 - refund less 50% After 25 March 2010 - no refund
